SINGAPORE — The London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) Singapore Campus has been officially recognised as a Prime Employer Partner by WSG-Ingeus, highlighting its strong commitment to empowering local talent, supporting career comebacks, and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
The recognition comes at a time when Singapore is intensifying its focus on mid-career transitions and workforce re-entry programs. For LSBF Singapore, this is more than a corporate milestone—it’s a statement of values.
Hiring with Purpose
Since 2022, nearly 15% of LSBF Singapore’s workforce has been recruited through its partnership with WSG-Ingeus. Many of these hires include women returning to the workforce, PMETs (Professionals, Managers, Executives, and Technicians), and individuals making mid-career switches.
“Our belief has always been simple: when given the chance, people will rise,” said Rathakrishnan Govind, CEO of LSBF Global. “We don’t just hire; we invest in human potential.”
This “Singaporeans First” hiring approach has become a central philosophy at the institution—one that is deeply embedded in its recruitment and development culture.
From One Hire to a Movement
The story began with a single recruitment decision: bringing on board a woman who had been out of the workforce for an extended period. Today, she has become an indispensable member of the LSBF team. Her journey is now featured in a national WSG-Ingeus video campaign, filmed at the LSBF Singapore campus and directed by Ingeus Director Benjamin Robert.
The campaign showcases not just her success, but the broader impact of LSBF’s commitment to giving second chances and creating pathways for career revival.

A Model for Equitable Employment
The Prime Employer Partner recognition cements LSBF Singapore’s reputation not only as a leading educational institution, but also as a pioneer in fair and equitable employment practices.
“Inclusivity is not a side project—it’s part of our DNA,” Govind emphasised. “Education and opportunity should move together. That’s how we create lasting impact.”
This alignment of values is also reflected in LSBF’s industry partnerships with leading organisations such as Grab, Deloitte, and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). By bridging education with real-world industry needs, the school ensures that its students—and its employees—are equipped for future success.
Beyond the Classroom
Founded in 2003 and a proud member of the Global University System (GUS), LSBF today serves over 25,000 students across more than 40 countries. Its Singapore campus offers over 100 programmes spanning business, finance, law, hospitality, and technology.
The school’s commitment to academic excellence has been matched by its dedication to social responsibility. Its efforts have not gone unnoticed—LSBF Singapore has earned the Singapore Business Review’s International Business Award in Education for two consecutive years, 2024 and 2025.
With EduTrust certification and ACCA Approved Learning Partner status, LSBF Singapore continues to expand its footprint in Asia, delivering quality, industry-aligned education that benefits not only its students but the broader community as well.
Setting the Tone for the Future
As the nation navigates a fast-changing job market, LSBF’s model offers a blueprint for how educational institutions can be both centres of learning and engines of social progress.
By combining its educational mission with a steadfast focus on local hiring and career revival, LSBF Singapore is showing that the future of work in Singapore will be defined not just by skills, but by second chances and inclusive opportunities.
